Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley
The journeyman you hire is the one we already checked.
You have a seat open and it is costing you jobs. We find a ticketed journeyman who can run the work on their own, check everything that usually goes wrong after the handshake, and put them in front of you. You pay $5,000, and only once they are on the job.
The problem is the seat, not the stack of résumés.
You are not short on applications. You are short on one person who holds the ticket, can start now, and runs the work without you standing over them.
Lost work
You turn down jobs because the crew to run them is not there.
Your own hours
You spend billable time on phone screens and no-shows, sorting the people who talk a good ticket from the ones who hold one.
The wrong hire
Hire wrong and it is your payroll, your callback, and your name on the customer's job.
How we check
Every candidate is checked before you meet them.
Nothing here is taken on the person's word. Each item is confirmed against a real source and dated. Scroll, and watch a file get built.

One price. You pay when they are working.
No retainer, no per-résumé fee, no lock-in. The whole thing is built so the risk sits with us.
Up front
Name your seat, review verified candidates, and interview. Nothing changes hands until you hire.
When they start
One flat fee per placement. The same number whether it is a first-year or a fifteen-year Red Seal.
Replacement
If it does not work out in the first 90 days, we find and check a replacement for that seat at no charge.
Percentage-of-salary recruiting charges you more for paying your people well. A flat fee does not, and you know the number before you start.
The proof is the file.
Every candidate comes with the evidence behind each check: what was confirmed, the date it was done, and the source it came from.
Who runs it
FieldProof is run by Champions of Hope.
Before FieldProof, we spent years running Champions of Hope, a Vancouver benefit-music series that raised money for local causes and paid local artists. That is where the network started, and the shows still run.
Tell us the seat you need filled.
Give us the ticket, the scope, and the location. We check a match against it.
